The service
graphsmith provides free online tools for making charts and converting images to vector graphics. The tools are offered as they are, and we may change, add or remove features at any time.
What you make is yours
You own the charts, diagrams and files you create with graphsmith, and you may use them for any purpose, personal or commercial, without attribution. We claim no rights over your data or your output.
Your responsibility for your content
Only convert images you have the right to use. Tracing an image into a vector file does not change who owns it. You are responsible for the data you enter and for how you use what you create.
Acceptable use
Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or use it to break the law. You may link to any page on graphsmith.io.
No warranty
The tools are provided free of charge and without warranty of any kind. We work to make them accurate, but you should check any chart before you rely on it, publish it or submit it. Charts are only as correct as the data entered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Westernmost LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site or of files created with it.
Third-party software
Parts of the site use open source software under their own licenses, listed on the About page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in these terms takes away the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country.
