We read every message. Bug reports and tool ideas are especially welcome, because they decide what we build next.
Reporting a problem
To help us fix it quickly, tell us:
- which tool you were using,
- your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone,
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
For chart problems, the fastest way is to press Copy link in the tool and paste the link into your email. It lets us see exactly the chart you see. Only do this if the data is not private.
Suggesting a tool
Tell us what you were trying to make and where the result needed to go: a slide, a printout, a cutting machine, a website.
